WJFE 300
It is an effective tool for drilling / cutting all kinds of materials: wood, steel, plastic, glass, concrete, etc.

Once the drilling process is completed, the 350 bar atomized water (water mist) by the nozzle instantly turns into steam, increasing its volume by 1700/1800 times, saturating the atmosphere with a fogging process and removing oxygen from the fire, which decreases at the same speed as the temperature .

The system is particularly suitable for:

• Enclosed areas in every type of factory, commercial activity, cinema, theater, ship engine rooms, etc.
• Explosive areas.
• Areas where water consumption should be reduced (reduction of damage after fire).
• Areas where fires are expected

Fires that develop within any infrastructure (whether mobile or stationary) require careful and dangerous operator intervention and for the safety of the infrastructure itself.

Allows rapid opening of the hole in concrete or steel walls with a special spear with high pressure water and abrasive materials mixed.
Immediately after opening the hatch, it is allowed to saturate the closed space, where the fire developed, with a high efficacy of water (water mist).
This superficial process allows a large heat exchange between the vapor droplets and the hot gases developed at the place of fire, allowing the temperature to be lowered rapidly (technical details in the table).

How does the high pressure water system work?

625 times more effective!

A drop with a volume of one liter of water, at a pressure of one bar, has a surface contact with the atmosphere of 0.048 m².
1 liter of water spray, at a pressure of 350 bar, produces 238,000,000 drops, which have a surface contact with the atmosphere 30 m², that is, 625 times higher than the surface covered with a pressure of 1 bar.
These tiny water droplets produce an instantaneous drop in temperature in the area where the fire originated.
The WJFE 300 system combines the properties of a high-speed (850 km/h safety) water jet generated at high pressure (350 bar) at the nozzle outlet, with the blended abrasive itself.
The result is a robust cut that allows drilling / cutting also of high thickness.

It is clear in the picture that the primary priority exercised by the operator while using the system in order to avoid any damage to people or objects near the work area.
Even people in the 5m area should wear the same protection as the operator.
The clothing does not need to be protected when the distance is greater than 10 meters (see picture).
