Model ICLEAN works with three industrial electric turbines 3 won 5.5 kW total 11 kW with automatic cleaning ICLEAN filter.

The HEPA Filter filters are cleaned periodically by blowing and vibrating without suction interruption.

It is available in portable version with inflatable units, and in fixed version with the possibility of connecting compressed air supply.

The CAR models are the most widely used in our range of central systems construction.

Clean the ICLEAN filters

Models equipped with the ICLEAN clean-up system ensure consistent filter performance by ensuring that the filters are cleaned independently without operator intervention and without suction interruption.

These models are designed to meet business requirements and continuous and continuous ambitions over time, and are especially suitable for machine-made connection to production.

Filter -filter system

The outer part of the filters consists of a conductive material, a property that allows the discharge of the electrostatic current generated during suction. The interior, thanks to the use of the HEPA filter, is capable of filtering 99.995% of powders at 0.3μ, making the working environment safer and dust-free.

The filters are in stainless steel cylinders which act as protection against sharp and harsh suction materials.

Operation

The periodic cleaning of the filters is done every two minutes by alternating cleaning of the composite filters for two seconds, sealing the suction and thus facilitating cleaning by shaking and venting the compressed air network.
